Product Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on the watch case, covering any manufacturing defects. Should your case require replacement, we will handle it at no additional cost. However, the warranty does not extend to damages caused by regular wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending their watch to and from our service center for repairs or replacement under warranty.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued back to your original payment method.
