Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tide Watches. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Processing & Pre-Order Times

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within [2-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Orders: For pre-orders, please note that these items are produced on-demand and take up to 3 months to be manufactured and processed before shipping. Once your pre-order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
In case of delays due to high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free shipping on orders over €350. Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, as outlined below:

Tracking, Customs, & Taxes

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using this number on the carrier’s website.

Customs & Taxes: Tide Watches is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Tide Watches is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist with this process. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued back to your original payment method.
